These Terms of Service ("Terms") are between you and P Companies LLC dba Givedi ("Givedi," "we," "us") and govern your use of givedi.com (the "Site") and purchases made through it. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Products and pricing

Product photos are illustrative; actual items may vary slightly in color and appearance. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee descriptions, pricing, or availability are error-free. We may correct errors, change prices, and cancel or limit any order, including after it is placed, with a full refund if payment was taken.

2. Orders and payment

Orders are confirmed by email once accepted; we may decline or cancel orders at our discretion.
We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other methods shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely by our providers; your order is confirmed once payment clears.
You must provide accurate contact and shipping information.

3. Shipping

Shipping options, costs, and timeframes are shown at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates.

4. Returns and refunds

We offer a 15-day return policy: unused, unworn items in original condition and packaging may be returned within 15 days of receipt. Contact support@givedi.com to start a return. Sale items and gift cards are final sale. See our Refund Policy for details.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site — including fraud, scraping without permission, uploading harmful code, infringing others' rights, or interfering with the Site's operation. We may suspend access for violations.

7. Intellectual property

All Site content (text, images, designs, logos) belongs to Givedi or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Givedi is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time; the new version takes effect when posted on this page with a new date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept them.
