Shipping & Cancellations
Our Shipping and Delivery Policy forms part of and must be read in conjunction with, website Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change this Shipping and Delivery Policy at any time.
Shipping & Processing:
We know that your order arriving on time is vital. We partner with various logistic couriers to ensure timely delivery. All orders will have tracking information and require adult signature at delivery to mitigate any delivery issues.
We offer free expedited delivery on all orders which usually takes between 1-3 Business days shipping time.
Once your order is placed:
We'll check our stocks and ship instantly if we have it or begin production 12 hours after your order is placed. Our jewelry is made to order with the upmost quality, which usually takes 4-6 weeks to produce, do quality checks, and ships instantly after production.
In some cases, shipping may take longer based on your location, which will be communicated to the buyer at the time of the order, or logistics bandwidth. Generally, we strive to ship items as soon as possible.
For cancellations, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, we will send a confirmation email once your order has been successfully canceled.
Please see below conditions regarding cancellation:
- If the order is not yet shipped or processed then you can make a cancellation request and we will approve it
- If the order is already confirmed and the process of packing and shipping has started then a cancellation will not be possible
- If your order is out of stock and being made to order (4-6 weeks), you will have 12 hours after your order is placed to cancel your order before we begin production. Once production has begun, we will not be able to cancel your order
- In case of any product purchase made through unethical means; by taking advantage of a technical glitch; or by misusing/ the offer terms/guidelines/codes - the particular order/s will be canceled whatsoever and Givedi will not be liable to pay any refund to you in all such cases.
