Products

Do your products use natural diamonds?

Yes! We only offer products that use natural mined diamonds sourced from ethical suppliers who follow conflict-free & responsible sourcing practices.

What kind of gold do you use?

All of our products either use 10K, 14K or 18K gold.

Why are your prices lower than other jewelers?

Givedi's goal is to provide you with better quality jewelry at a better price.

We're able to do this by working with a diverse network of manufacturers who allow us provide only the best pieces for our clients. We also operate mainly online to reduce our overall cost structure. This means we can provide you with higher quality jewelry and diamonds at better prices.

Orders & Payment

How long will my order take to process?

In stock orders usually take 1-2 business days to process and are shipped out immediately!
 
Made-to-order or customized jewelry usually takes about 1-2 weeks to produce and to do standard quality checks. We will ship your jewelry as soon as it's produced. Back ordered items may take up to 4 weeks to produce and ship out due to high demand and on going supply chain constraints. We appreciate your patience.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discove, Diner's Club, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, & Facebook Pay.

Help! My card was charged twice.

When you place an order, your credit card company or bank may authorize your card before the actual funds are taken out. This temporary "authorization hold" appears on your bank statement in addition to the real charge, but should disappear within a few business days. This process is done by your bank/credit card company as an anti-fraud measure.
Please note, the temporary "authorization hold" is not an actual charge, and Givedi does not receive any funds associated with the authorization.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes! If your order has not shipped or been processed yet, then you can make a cancellation request and we will approve it. 
 
If your order is a customized piece or is being made to order, you will have 12 hours after your order is placed to reach out to us and cancel your order before we begin production. Once production has begun, we will not be able to cancel your customized order.
 
You can contact us at support@givedi.com, we will send a confirmation email once your order has been successfully canceled. 

Shipping and delivery

When will my order arrive?

We offer complementary shipping on all U.S. orders, which usually takes between 3-5 business days to arrive once processed and shipped. 
 
International orders may take 1-2 weeks to arrive depending on your selected method of shipping and based on our shipping partner's bandwidth (holidays and unexpected delays). International Customers, Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check your country's customs information to determine what these additional costs will be prior to ordering as they are not included in your total.

How much does shipping cost?

We currently offer complimentary shipping on all U.S. orders!

For Internation customers, the shipping costs depend on the country where it’s being delivered. The shipping costs are provided during checkout by our partner shipping carriers (UPS, DHL, USPS, Fedex, etc.)

Do you ship worldwide?

We ship worldwide with complementary shipping in the U.S.!

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

International Orders & Customs/Import Fees

We are proud to offer multiple shipping options around the world! 
 
Please note for international orders - Import duties, taxes, and charges are the customer's responsibility. Please check your country's customs information to determine what these additional costs will be prior to ordering as they are not included in your total.

Is my shipped order insured?

Yes! All orders are fully insured during transit and we require adult signature to reduce the chances of any issues during delivery. Please note that Givedi is NOT responsible for lost or stolen items once declared 'Delivered' by the delivery service.

What if the shipping carrier loses the package?

If your order is lost in transit, please contact us right away at support@givedi.com and we'll try out best to resolve the issue.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return or exchange an item?

You can absolutely return your item to us, within 15 days of delivery. Your order must arrive unworn, unused, and in it’s original condition and packaging to be eligible for a full refund. Misused jewelry or jewelry altered in any way is not eligible for return. We do not offer exchanges at this time.

Customized or special made-to-order jewelry will be eligible for a partial refund depending on the complexity of the order.

We will refund your order to the original payment method once it has been processed. 

 

 

How do I return an item?

 
Please contact our customer service team via support@givedi.com. Providing the return is within the timeline (15 days after delivey), please provide your name, order number, date of purchase, and the reason for your return in your request when contacting us.
