Shipping & Cancellations
Our Shipping and Delivery Policy forms part of and must be read in conjunction with, website Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change this Shipping and Delivery Policy at any time.
We know that your order arriving on time is vital. The total delivery time is: Processing time + Delivery Time.
We deliver our products through our courier partners.
When your package is scanned by our shipping provider, it automatically sends you an email with the tracking number included. Please refer to your tracking information to get an estimate on when you will receive your item(s).
If your item does not arrive please contact us at our email: support@givedi.com. We will raise an investigation with our couriers. All orders will have tracking information and require signature at delivery.
Our Standard delivery time usually takes between 1-3 Business days
In some cases, shipping may take longer based on your location, which will be communicated to the buyer at the time of the order, or logistics bandwidth. Generally, we strive to ship items as soon as possible.
We may send out your orders in several different packages, so these may arrive at different times. Please note that this does not mean you will be charged any additional delivery cost.

ORDER CANCELLATION:
Occasionally we may have to cancel orders due to Product unavailability. We try to get as much variety as possible onto our website, and occasionally we have to cancel orders when the ordered product is unavailable or sold out.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Here, at www.givedi.com, if you wish to cancel your purchase order after confirmation,
- If the order is not shipped and processed then you can make a cancellation request and we will approve it.
- If the order is already confirmed and the process of packing and shipping has started then a cancellation will not be possible.
For cancellation, you can contact us at our support@givedi.com. Upon cancellation, we will send a confirmation email once your order has been successfully canceled.

UNETHICAL ORDERS:
- In case of any product purchase made through unethical means; by taking advantage of a technical glitch; or by misusing/ the offer terms/guidelines/codes - the particular order/s will be canceled whatsoever and https://givedi.com will not be liable to pay any refund to you in all such cases.
